4 week Body Burn Program


Hi Guys! My name is Melissa Scalora, and this is my blog. I am 29 years old, married to an Italian stallion, and recently my life has changed. A couple months ago, I decided it was time to make a change in my life, so I called up my good friend Bethany Nelson aka "Peanut" to help me get my life back on track! I choose Bethany because she inspires people just by being in her presence. She encouraged others to be empowered, happy, fit and successful. She dramatically changed her life for the better, and I wanted to learn how to do the same. I watched her on facebook and saw postings of her food recipes about carb-cycling and low-carb, high-carb days and I became very much intrigued. Long story short...This is me 8 weeks later, down 8.8 lbs. & 2.1% change in BMI.  I'm on the internet sharing my story because hey, I believe life is meant to be enjoyed and change is always possible if you believe in yourself and work hard towards your goals! Juice Pulp Waffle

After a day of juice cleansing, I always have so much juice pulp leftover. I feel so bad just throwing it out, so I started thinking of better ways to recycle my leftover pulp. Today's special: The Juice Pulp Waffle topped w/peanut butter, strawberries, and a little agave nectar. And one last thing...Don't forget the Turkey bacon:-)
